What we collect

We collect account details, onboarding answers, business profile information, uploaded photos and videos, generated captions, scheduled posts, inbox items, bookings, analytics, team member details, billing status, and support messages.

When you connect social platforms, we store access tokens, granted scopes, account identifiers, handles, and related platform data needed to publish, sync inbox items, reply, moderate, and report analytics.

How we use data

We use your data to run Scroll Ready, draft content and replies, schedule and publish posts, sync customer messages and reviews, manage bookings, provide analytics, secure accounts, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product.

We do not sell your business data, customer messages, uploaded media, or social tokens.

Social platform data

Connected platform data is used according to the permissions you grant and the features you enable. You can disconnect channels from settings, which stops future access unless a platform requires additional revocation steps.

Some actions, such as published posts, sent replies, or platform-side logs, may remain visible on the connected platform after you disconnect Scroll Ready.

Sharing and processors

We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the product, including hosting, email, payment processing, AI generation, analytics, and connected social platforms.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect customers or the service, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Retention, export, and deletion

We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, audit logs, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations.

You can request export or deletion of your account data by contacting support@scrollready.com. Some retained records may be kept where required by law or needed for legitimate security and billing records.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account data and social tokens. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, so you should keep your own account credentials private and rotate platform keys if exposed.
