Using Scroll Ready
Scroll Ready provides social media scheduling, content drafting, inbox assistance, booking workflows, analytics, and related business tools. You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, offers, prices, claims, and instructions you provide.
You must only connect accounts, upload media, or publish content that you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for what is approved, posted, sent, or exported from your account.
Social accounts and platform rules
When you connect Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google My Business Location, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, or another platform, you authorize Scroll Ready to use the granted access only to provide the product features you select.
Your use of connected platforms remains subject to each platform's own terms, policies, API limits, review requirements, and enforcement decisions.
Content and approvals
AI-generated captions, replies, schedules, and content plans are drafts unless your settings allow hands-off publishing or auto-replies. You should review sensitive, regulated, medical, legal, financial, or high-risk claims before publication.
We may refuse, limit, or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, spammy, or likely to damage platform access for Scroll Ready or other customers.
Billing
Paid plans renew until cancelled. The price depends on the plan you choose, the number of social profiles you connect, and whether you pay monthly or yearly — all shown at checkout and in your account settings. Yearly plans are billed once, up front, for the year. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
You can cancel future renewals from account settings or by contacting support. Unless required by law, fees already charged are not automatically refunded — see our Refund Policy.
Free trials and automatic conversion
When you start a free trial we collect your card details up front but charge nothing that day. The trial runs for 7 days. Unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription begins automatically on the trial end date and your card is charged the price shown at checkout for the plan and number of profiles you selected, and then on each billing period after that until you cancel.
We email you when your trial starts — confirming the end date, the amount, and the first charge date — and again before the trial ends as a reminder, with a link to cancel. You can cancel any time before the trial end date from Billing in your account settings and you will not be charged. A trial may be used once per customer.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Scroll Ready reliable, but platform APIs, publishing permissions, account reviews, webhooks, and third-party services can fail or change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a specific business outcome.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Scroll Ready is provided as-is and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
