How it works
Day-one onboarding, approvals, and what Scroll Ready actually does for you each week.
How long does setup take?
About 10 minutes on your phone. You answer eight short questions about your business, voice, and channels. Within an hour, you have 14 days of posts queued and your inbox unified.
What do I need to provide?
A handful of photos (5 is enough, 15 is better) and access to the social accounts you want connected. We also ask a few questions about your tone. That is it.
Will Scroll Ready post without my approval?
Your call. On Toolkit and Autopilot, every post and reply waits for your tap. On The Lot plan, posts publish on cadence and replies send themselves inside the voice and safety rules you set. Negative reviews never auto-reply on any plan.
What is the approval workflow like?
Open the app. See today's queue: posts to approve, replies to send, reminders to confirm. Tap to approve, edit, or reject. Most owners get through it in under five minutes.
How does Scroll Ready learn my voice?
It reads your past captions and DMs on connection. Then every edit you make teaches it more. Most owners say the voice is noticeably theirs by week two.
What happens if I do not log in for a few days?
Posts you have already approved still publish. Drafts wait for you. We send a friendly nudge if your queue is running low. Nothing goes live without your permission unless you are on The Lot plan.
Pricing
Plans, channels, and what the monthly fee actually covers.
How much does Scroll Ready cost?
$119/month for the Toolkit plan (you drive, Scroll Ready drafts). $349/month for the Autopilot plan (we draft daily, you approve). $899/month for The Lot (we publish on cadence, you read the recap).
Are there any contracts?
No. Pay monthly. Cancel any time in two taps from settings. You keep every post and draft Scroll Ready has written.
What is the difference between Autopilot and The Lot?
On Autopilot, we draft and you approve — posts publish when you tap, replies send when you tap. On The Lot, you stop approving. Posts publish on cadence, replies send themselves inside your voice and safety rules, and we email you daily asking for photos so we always have material.
What counts as a channel?
One social account on one platform — your Instagram, your Facebook page, your Google Business Profile location. We support seven channels at the moment.
Is there a free trial?
Setup is free and we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. No credit card to start.
Can I switch plans?
Any time, in either direction. Move up when your week gets busier, move down when it quietens. One tap from your account page.
Platforms
Which networks Scroll Ready handles and how.
Which platforms does Scroll Ready support?
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile, X (Twitter), YouTube, and LinkedIn. One unified inbox, one queue, one calendar across all of them.
Can Scroll Ready reply to Google reviews?
Yes. Positive reviews are drafted and ready to send. Reviews under 4 stars are flagged and held for you to read first — your reputation is your call.
Does it post to TikTok and Reels?
Yes for both. We draft captions, suggest clips from the footage you upload, and schedule directly. You approve before anything publishes.
Will it manage my LinkedIn?
Yes, for both personal profile posting and company page posting. Tone adjusts automatically for professional context.
Security & approval
How Scroll Ready protects your accounts, data, and reputation.
How does Scroll Ready handle account access?
We use official platform APIs and OAuth — the same secure login you use for any social tool. We never store your social passwords.
What about negative reviews or sensitive messages?
Reviews under 4 stars and any sensitive topics (complaints, refund requests, health, legal) are always flagged for you to read first. Scroll Ready will not auto-reply on those, on any plan.
Is my customer data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We are GDPR-friendly and only retain data needed to draft and report. You can export or delete your data any time.
Can I revoke access?
Any time, from your account settings or directly from each social platform. Revoking access immediately stops Scroll Ready from posting or reading messages.
Account & cancellation
Billing, cancellation, and what happens to your content.
How do I cancel?
Two taps from settings. No phone calls, no exit interviews. You keep every post and draft Scroll Ready wrote.
What happens to my content if I cancel?
Your scheduled posts continue publishing through the end of your billing period. After that, your content remains available to export for 30 days, then is deleted.
Can I pause instead of cancelling?
Yes. Pause for up to three months at any time. Your queue holds, your settings stay, and billing pauses with it.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. 14-day money-back guarantee from your first paid day, no questions asked.
Is there a discount for annual?
Yes — 2 months free if you pay annually. Same flexible cancellation: prorated refund for unused months.
